If you just listened to me I have signals and regulation systems to keep you at an ideal weight so you can live a fucking awesome life.


If you just listened to me you WOULD have lots of energy. No, I don't need another coffee.


If you just listened to me I wouldn't have to dig my heels in to maintain fat we wouldn't need if I wasn't shit scared you were going to STARVE me and SHOVE me around in another agonising HIIT workout.


So… you see; 

Theres nothing wrong with me OR you because your weight isn't shifting.


But…there is something that needs to be addressed around your capability to hear me, listen and trust me.


But…I don't blame you. You've never been told otherwise. OR if you have it's been drowned out by the culture of dieting and overexercise to obtain value.


If you hear bullshit enough you’ll believe it to be true. That's because we seek inclusion as a basic human need. No-one wants to feel left out or like they’re doing something wrong.
