Your diet and your workout don’t have to be perfect, they just have to be better than before.

Every single one of us (including myself) fight against the perfectionist within ourselves and it can easily pull us away from the path we need to be on. There is no perfect diet, no perfect food choices, no perfect workout or even a perfect body for that matter. If you’re going to constantly stress over what your lifestyle choices are you will just continue to cut yourself short of sustainable change or any possibility of it.

The only thing you need to worry about is making a better choice than you did before. THAT’S IT! 
Just a simple improvement in your internal behavior will give you bigger better results than worrying about picking HIIT training over weight training or worrying if you should have bought organic instead. 
Just be better than the day before. If you drink soda 6 days a week with lunch, next week only drink it 4 days a week. IT’S STILL PROGRESS!

You still have room for progress so take advantage of it...
